We remind our guests that:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> Check-in<\/strong> is at 4:00 PM<\/strong> and check-out<\/strong> at 9:00 AM<\/strong>; we are however available to evaluate your needs;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> The keys of the apartment will be delivered to you by Alfio, directly on site - call 10 minutes before arrival - Alfio +39 348 8910643<\/strong>;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> The apartments are equipped with bed linen<\/strong>, towels<\/strong> and kitchen linen<\/strong>; inappropriate uses will be charged at the end of the stay;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>\u00a0Cot<\/strong> and high chair<\/strong> are available upon request;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> Final cleaning is included in the price<\/strong> of the stay, but please return the apartment clean and tidy; if anomalies are found during the check of the apartment at the end of the stay, we reserve the right to request the sum necessary to provide for cleaning. Finally, we invite you to throw your waste in the appropriate bins before departure;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> From 22.00 to 7.00 it is considered time of quiet and relaxation<\/strong>. During the stay no parties or private parties are allowed;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> We invite you to deliver waste<\/strong> in a differentiated way every day in the special bins at 50 meters<\/span><\/span> from the apartment<\/span><\/span><\/span>;<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Pets<\/strong> are not allowed<\/strong>;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> Smoking is prohibited<\/strong> inside the apartments;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> Please avoid waste in the use of water and heating;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> At the end of the stay it is advisable:<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>- do not leave waste and food<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>- clean and tidy up<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>- return the keys<\/span><\/span>
